# Can i use a dyndns.com account with my maxplex4 dvr?

If your MaxPlex4 does not have dyndns.com support, please visit the support page for the MaxPlex4 using the following link: [MaxPlex4 Support Page](http://eclipsecctv.info/DVR%20Systems/Max/Plex/default.aspx)  
  
There is now firmware available that will allow the use of a dyndns.com account with your MaxPlex4 DVR. Simply click the link above, download the firmware file to your USB thumb drive and connect it to your DVR. Using the DVR on-screen menu, navigate to the firmware upgrade screen to begin the process.
